The initial investment is up to $382,000, and the net worth requirements are $500,000 of which $250,000 is to be liquid.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have created one of the most affordable business models for franchisees,&#8221; COO and co-owner Noah Griggs said in a company release.<\/p>\n<p>Recent company store growth includes two restaurants in Montgomery, Alabama, and a location under construction in Dothan, Alabama, projected to open in late April. Additional company sites are in the works for late 2020 and 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We plan to maintain a strong company presence by expanding in northern Florida and southern Georgia while supporting franchise growth in contiguous markets,&#8221; Griggs said.<\/p>\n<p>Menu items include Shrimp and Grits, Seafood Gumbo, Po Boys, Tacos, Baskets, Platters and side items such as Southern Cheese Grits, Collard Greens and Brussels Sprouts. The restaurant also has a fresh salad line-up as well as wine and local brewhouse favorites.<\/p>\n<p>A new look<br \/>\nWharf&#8217;s original locations were dated with a typical &#8220;seafood restaurant decor,&#8221; according to Griggs, who said the company has created a new prototype celebrating its fisherman heritage with a modern twist.
